Please note that to qualify for the reduced fee, the Conference Secretariat MUST receive your completed registration form plus complete payment no later than January 31, 2003. On-site registration will be March 16-19, 2003 at the Loews Concorde Hotel.

Registration will be confirmed by e-mail, fax or regular mail to those who register by March 1st, 2003. You will be asked to present your confirmation document during on site registration. Please note that badges or other documents will not be mailed and will have to be picked up onsite at the Registration Desk.

Students and Academics must submit a proof of status to qualify for the reduced registration fee. One-day registrants: please indicate on the Registration Form on which day (March 17, 18 or 19) you would like to attend.

Payments should be made in Canadian dollars. Methods of payment include:
- Cheque or bank draft drawn on a Canadian bank and payable to "IMFA".
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard only); Canadian fees will be applied.

Registration includes all conference sessions, posters and exhibits, a welcome cocktail on Sunday night, three continental breakfasts, all refreshment breaks and a delegate kit. The banquet is included in regular and academic registration fees; other registrants may participate by paying an additional CDN$ 120. Accompanying persons are welcome to the banquet. Please indicate how many additional banquets you require on the Registration Form and add CDN$ 120 / person.

Cancellations received prior to or on February 15, 2003 will receive a refund minus a CDN$ 90 processing fee. Please note that refunds will only be made after the Conference. Cancellation after February 15, 2003 is non-refundable; however, substitutes from the same organization are welcomed. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat either by mail, fax or by e-mail. If for any reason the conference is cancelled, the IMFA inc. is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by conference registration.
